OVERVIEW
Keep your business safe with 24/7 temperature monitoring
It’s vital to keep track of temperature in a wide range of settings, from food and motors to coolers and grow houses, in order to anticipate maintenance and avert problems. With Monnit Sensors, you will receive a prompt alert by text, email, or call whenever the temperature rises above preset thresholds set in cloud-based software.
The Monnit Wi-Fi Temperature Sensor is highly accurate, measuring temperatures from -40°C to 85°C using a thermistor. Plus, the integrated 802.11 b/g radio enables the sensor to work with any existing Wi-Fi network. Configure your Monnit Wi-Fi sensors easily with your Wi-Fi network’s WEP or WPA(2) security via the free MoWi Setup Utility (PC application) and a MoWi USB programming cable.
The Monnit Wi-Fi Temperature Sensor displays ambient temperature in degrees Fahrenheit or Celsius and is programmed to remain in sleep mode for a user-defined time interval (heartbeat) before initiating, reading data from the NTC Thermistor and transmitting the stabilised temperature reading to iMonnit. Computed using a data table provided by the manufacturer and configured with variable resistors over specified temperature ranges, the temperature reading is highly accurate.
